ILAPPS Corporate Partnership ProgramINVITATION TO SUPPORT Dear ILAPPS Corporate Supporters, We are pleased to offer the following 2021 Corporate Support Program. Even in the face of adversity, the Illinois Association of Podiatric Physicians and Surgeons (ILAPPS) has had another year of strong performance supporting our primary goals of education and outreach to our members. We now have over 700 members. We are working hard to develop programs that will attached and welcome early-career podiatrists. Importantly, the depth and breadth of our corporate support has grown, facilitating our ability to effectively carry out our worthwhile mission. These vital ILAPPS activities, among others, would have not been attainable without the continuous support of our corporate partners. We recognize and appreciate our strong relationships with companies that share our commitment to podiatry and patient care. We know that you share in our mission and hold a stake in our success. Education continues to be a cornerstone of the ILAPPS. In 2020, we began hosting complimentary monthly webinars to ensure our members had access to continuing education. Our monthly webinar series, Tuesdays with ILAPPS have been very well received. With the continued uncertainty surrounding COVID-19 in early 2021, the ILAPPS Leadership has decided to continue this webinar series. We believe that this is the best decision to not only protect the health and safety of our members and attendees but also to allow the most inclusive gathering of our community possible. We are looking forward to being together again, in person, when it becomes available, following state mandates for public gatherings. We are anticipating an in-person Annual Business meeting event in the fall of 2024. The 2020 Tuesdays With ILAPPS highlighted many areas of interest to our membership, the 2021 series kicked off with two Resident Case presentations. While in-person meetings will never go away, learners are looking for additional outlets to pursue education. The ILAPPS is lucky to be ahead of the curve in this regard, having already started to develop a robust offering of opportunities. These are highly engaging and interactive courses that guide the learner through various treatment paths. ILAPPS is currently developing additional programs that fulfill the needs of our members. The ILAPPS is also looking to add Coffee and Learn (15- 20 minutes) or Lunch and Learn (30- 45 minutes) webinars. We are investigating a track of learning opportunities for Our Young Surgeons. As our Association continues to grow, we will continue to explore different venues in order to offer versatile education programs. We recognize that these growth opportunities can only be fully realized with the continued backing of you, our long-standing and greatly appreciated Corporate Partners. We are committed to working with you, to identify mutually beneficial collaborations.
